Continuous Learning
I'm a 42-year-old Spaniard who moved to the UK in 2015 as a lorry driver, but I'm now returning to my country to be closer to family. I quit a well-paying, stable job to follow my childhood dream of becoming a developer, graduating from Flatiron School and transforming my passion into a career. I love to talk about code, pair programming, and continuous learning.
As a professional driver, I drove almost every type of vehicle on the road and travelled to all EU countries on the continent at least once. I covered enough kilometers to circle the world several times over. My journey has given me a unique perspective, resilience, and a deep appreciation for teamwork—qualities that can't be taught. I thrive in supportive, collaborative environments where I can bring my logical mindset, curiosity, and drive to solve real-world problems.
Over the past year, I have played a leading role in driving technical innovation and business value at Gocertify, co-leading major architectural projects and helping our small team deliver features that make a tangible impact for clients.
I am always eager to contribute to a team where passion, learning, and shared success are valued.

"I should revisit some of them as my perspective and way of seeing things are still in progress and constantly evolving. I am still on a learning adventure for all these principles that other people from a more traditional background have learned while I'm still discovering them."
How I approach coding, learning, and collaboration
Writing code, pair programming, and reviewing PRs
Conceptual designs and R&D for new features
Helping peers and learning from others
Everyone is different - find what works best for you
Don't try to learn everything - focus on what you love
Watch tutorials and go beyond them in areas you want to learn
The silliest question is the one that is not asked

— Winston Churchill
For me, it is all about passion; it was a hobby, but now it is my job.
